About me
Welcome to my website! I am a graduate of the Tinbergen Institute and a PhD candidate in Economics at the University of Amsterdam, under the supervision of Arthur Schram and Randolph Sloof.
My research examines voting behaviour, with a focus on protest voting. I investigate the interaction between protest voting and opinion polls. I also explore whether this voting strategy affects politicians' behaviour.
In my job market paper, I study whether prosocial behaviour is shaped more by others' political preferences or by their voting decisions.
I am on the academic job market for the 2025/26 academic year.
